Terms of Service — D Health

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the D Health application and related services (the "Service"), operated by JH Group, Skopje, North Macedonia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Important medical disclaimer. D Health is a personal health-management and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Insights and AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using D Health you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Service for yourself or on behalf of someone for whom you are authorized to manage health information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials (including your Google account used for sign-in).
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at contact@dhealth.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal health-management purposes. You agree not to:

Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Use the Service to provide medical services to third parties without proper authorization and qualification.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the health information and content you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

5. Wearables and third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms and devices (e.g. Health Connect, Apple Health, wearables). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D Health and JH Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on information in the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.
